When can I expect to receive my order?
Your order will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, and you can expect delivery according to the shipping method you choose.

Return & Exchange
We recommend you follow these steps as soon as you receive your shipment:
- Inspect the contents carefully for physical defects or shipping damage
- Make sure you received the correct products
- To receive a replacement, damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.
Please follow the packing instructions below if you are not satisfied.
Your return package
- We do not accept returned items that have been worn, washed, or used.
- Send your invoice along with your name, address, and order ID#.
The refund will go back to the same payment method as originally used to place the order once the item has been received back in its original condition. You will have to place a new order if you prefer an alternate item or size.

Returns are not accepted on videos, CDs, posters, billboards, body jewelry, swimwear, underwear, guitar tabs, and books. Items that have been worn, washed, or used can be returned at the customer’s expense.
The customer is responsible for the return postage. Shipping charges, import taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
How Do I Know If I Didn’t Get My Order?
After it has been shipped, it will arrive within 25 business days. We will refund your money if the order does not arrive within the stated timeframe.
Why have some of my items not arrived yet?
Because of our different warehouses and the shipping process we use, you may receive your order in 2 or 3 parts. Please do not panic if you receive one item first. We will deliver all orders within the given delivery time.
Can I cancel my order after I place it?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. This cancellation will be subject to a restocking fee of 4.99.00 USD.
Orders cannot be canceled during any period, and we reserve the right to process your order. You can cancel your order by emailing cussupport@trapstarhoodie.com.
You can change your order within 24 hours of placing it.
Refunds are not available except in the following cases:
There is no delivery of your order at all.
The order was placed just 24 hours ago!
If the product you ordered is not what you expected, we offer a 30-day return policy. Please send us an email if your product is defective and we will replace it.
We do not guarantee variations in orders during any period, and we reserve the right to process your order as we see fit. To change your order, please send an email to cssupport@trapstarhoodie.com.
What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?
The order has been processed once you reach the confirmation page after purchasing and providing your order number and receipt.
The wrong email address was entered at checkout if you did not receive an order confirmation email.
To resend your order confirmation, please contact us with the email used, the first and last name associated with your order, and the date your order was placed.
How Should I Deal With Damaged Or Wrong Products?
- This is the only place to initiate returns and/or exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise must be returned
- Payments are refunded to the original form of payment
- The same product can only be exchanged if the size is different
- Our warehouse processes all returns and exchanges within a week after the package arrives

CREDIT CARDS
There are five major credit cards that we accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. Our global processing service will not accept cards issued by local banks that do not carry one of these logos, in which case we recommend PayPal.
PAYPAL
You can fund a PayPal account with any payment method available to you in your country. With PayPal Express, you can speed through checkout once you have funded your PayPal account.

To ensure your credit card information, contact information, and shipping and billing information are secure, we stay up-to-date with security technologies.
Order verification
Payment verification may be required for orders. To protect our customers, we want to make sure that every order we ship is authorized by the cardholder. We will contact you immediately if your order is placed on hold in order to minimize delays.
Currency
Your payment will be processed in your local currency whenever possible. It is, however, possible that we will have to charge your card in Available currencies on our website due to some limitations and special cases. The conversion is handled by your financial institution in those cases.
